David Daniels
Accredited Counsellor
(🇬🇧)
Speciality: Bereavement
As an accredited counsellor, David is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. His approach centres on active listening, compassion, and helping people work through the challenges that may be preventing them from living a fuller and more balanced life.
He is a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) and works in line with their professional code of ethics and practice.
His passion for counselling is shaped by personal experience. Growing up without his father left him struggling with feelings of rejection, low self-worth, and loneliness. Shyness and experiences of bullying made it difficult for him to share his inner world with others, while anger became a way of coping with the pain he carried.
Over time, through self-reflection and personal growth, he learned to accept himself more fully, both the strengths and the struggles. That journey gave him a sense of freedom and purpose, and inspired a deep desire to support others through their own healing process.
He believes nobody should have to face life’s difficulties alone, and aims to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move forward.

Imke Frost
Accredited Counsellor/Coach
Cardiologist
(🇩🇪/🇪🇸/🇬🇧)
Speciality: Identity, purpose, self-worth, & re-orientation
Imke supports women who feel as if they’ve lost a part of themselves along the way. After more than twenty years working as a medical doctor and cardiologist in Germany, her own “Dare To Be YOU” journey revealed her deep passion for supporting women who feel stuck at a crossroads in their lives.
Combining her medical background, her Level-4 Counselling training and her additional coaching education, she supports women who have spent years fulfilling expectations and following familiar patterns that no longer feel satisfying, to rediscover their direction and take courageous steps outside their comfort zone into a life that feels true and aligned.
For Imke, this work is deeply personal: guiding women from a place of feeling stuck toward reconnecting with their true identity, rediscovering their purpose, and exploring the questions they have avoided for too long.
Together, you will move into a
life that feels authentic and meaningful again – one that, after all, feels like the real "YOU“ again.

Gary Napier
Founder of The Gap, Accredited Counsellor & Life-Coach
(🇬🇧)
Speciality: Relationships, PTSD, Self-Esteem & Anger Management
Gary Napier’s belief in therapy comes from personal experience. More than 15 years ago, counselling not only helped heal his family, it helped change his own life. Raised in South London within a culture where therapy was often misunderstood, Gary never imagined counselling would become such an important part of his journey. Yet the experience gave him a space where he could finally be himself without judgement, challenge unhealthy patterns, and begin to grow.
That journey sparked a passion for helping others find the same freedom and self-understanding. Gary’s work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, with a strong focus on the inner child and the subconscious beliefs that can keep people feeling stuck in pain, anxiety, relationship struggles, or low self-worth.
Above all, Gary believes that feeling safe, heard, and genuinely connected to your therapist is fundamental to healing. Through The Gap Counselling team, he aims to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences openly and begin moving forward with confidence and clarity.

Sarah Napier
Accredited Counsellor
(🇬🇧)
Speciality: Identity, self-esteem, & childhood trauma
Sarah is passionate in supporting individuals who feel trapped in their current circumstances. She wants to help people move forward and leave them feeling hope.
Sarah specialises in assisting individuals who are grappling with issues related to adoption, childhood trauma, abandonment, and rejection — challenges that may currently manifest in maladaptive behaviours.
With her deep commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, she offers genuine warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, ensuring clients feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her goal is to foster a space where individuals can express themselves openly, free from fear of shame, judgment, or criticism.
Ultimately, Sarah views it as a profound privilege to support others on their journey from 'pain' to 'healing' and to witness their transformation firsthand.

Linda Schreuers
Accredited Counsellor
(🇬🇧/🇩🇪)
Speciality: Life transitions, grief, abandonment, neglect.
Linda Schreuers is an accredited counsellor who supports individuals and couples through some of life’s most difficult and uncertain moments. Her work focuses on life transitions, grief and loss, relationship breakdown, abandonment and neglect, and women’s health, including perimenopause. She also offers couples counselling, helping partners navigate challenges with greater understanding and clarity.
Linda’s approach is shaped not only by professional training but by lived experience. Having navigated her own periods of loss, family complexity, health challenges, and relationship strain, she brings a depth of empathy that allows clients to feel seen without judgement. Her work is grounded in the belief that difficult seasons, while painful, can also become points of change when supported in the right way.
Her broader experience also includes work in music and spiritual guidance, which can gently inform the therapeutic space when appropriate.
Linda works with clients experiencing patterns of abandonment or people pleasing, grief and family conflict, separation or divorce, and moments of feeling directionless or overwhelmed. She creates a steady, non-judgemental environment where clients can explore what is happening for them, make sense of their experiences, and begin to move forward with greater clarity.

Kerstin Wilson Pérez
QEC Therapist & Counsellor
(🇬🇧/🇪🇸)
Kerstin Wilson is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist and counsellor, raised in Mallorca, specialising in supporting teenagers and adults with anxiety, stress, trauma, and emotional challenges. She is particularly passionate about helping young people navigate everyday difficulties such as low confidence, self-esteem issues, and panic attacks.
Kerstin works using QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching), a therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and transforming limiting beliefs held at a subconscious level. By helping clients shift these patterns and replace them with more positive, empowering beliefs, she supports meaningful and lasting change. Her work also draws on elements of Gestalt therapy, offering a holistic and client-centred approach.
Her sessions provide a calm, safe, and supportive space where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts and emotions, develop self-awareness, and work towards personal goals. QEC can be particularly helpful for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
Kerstin’s approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping clients regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance in their lives.

Gary Napier (MSc Psychology)
Founder, Accredited Counsellor & Life-Coach
Specialises in: Relationships, PTSD, Self-Esteem and Anger Management
🇬🇧
Why therapy? 15 years ago, therapy not only healed my family; it saved me! I came from a cultural background where counselling was for people who were visibly desperate and in need of help. Therapy was not for black men, born and raised in South London! How wrong was I. My favourite hour of the week was each Wednesday, at 13:00, visiting my therapist, whose practice was located in Dulwich, South London. That was the time when no masks were worn, and I was able to be me; unashamedly. It was not the most comfortable hour of the week, as my therapist appropriately challenged my thoughts and subsequent actions. Yet, it was my ‘safe space’, which allowed the real Gary Napier to evolve.
Resulting from this experience, my main passion was to help bring freedom to others in a similar mode. I learnt that real change cannot occur unless we address the thoughts, beliefs, and values, that are restricting our true potential. Embarking on my PhD pathway in Psychology, my main mode of therapy is psychodynamic, as it allows the therapist to explore and identify the subconscious thoughts, that may be keeping the client ‘stuck’ in their pain. For this reason, I have intentionally focused on working on the ‘inner child’. Whether I am meeting clients to help with relationship challenges or individuals seeking to overcome a personal issue, in most cases, the wounded child is the person in desperate need of healing.
Above all, having the right ‘connection’ with your therapist is fundamental in your journey towards healing and freedom. The Gap Counselling team offer a ‘safe’ space, whereby you, as the client, should expect to feel comfortable, to share openly, without any fear of feeling judged, criticised, or ashamed. Thus, it is imperative that each member of the team carries a non-judgmental mindset that fosters warmth and trust with you, the client. In sum, the ability to listen with sincerity, whilst offering supportive boundaries that protect both the client and the therapist, whilst providing you with the tools to help you to move forward, are non-negotiable.
